Luna

I wish my camera could see what I see… Because this is so f***ing beautiful.

By the time the clouds had scattered away, the lunar eclipse was over. No blood moon to photograph for me tonight. And yet, when she finally appeared, I was in awe.

Round and bright and beautiful, surrounded by beams of reflected sunlight; like a magnificent ship emerging from the waves. The moonlight was piercing through the thinner clouds , and the sky, previously dark and orange from the distant city lights, finally made honor to the name Midnight Blue.

I stood there, admiring the scenery and lost for words; everything that had troubled my mind recently seemed insignificant and trivial.

Finally, a moment of peace.
