- Chicken tenderloins
- Diced bacon
- Shredded iceberg lettuce
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add the chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Reserve the chicken and add the bacon, cook for a few minutes until crisp
- In a bowl, place lettuce, tomatoes and avocado. Top with chicken, bacon and feta. Drizzle over dressing of your choice
